Since 1991, Biodinâmica has built a path marked by constant evolution, innovation, and commitment to dentistry. It all began in 1991, with the start of operations focused on the pharmaceutical market. By 1993, the company was already working with low value-added products, consolidating its presence in the sector.

In 1994, Biodinâmica took a decisive step toward its future by beginning the construction of its current manufacturing facility, strategically located in Ibiporã, Paraná. More than just a structural change, this moment marked the consolidation of a solid industrial project focused on sustainable growth, increased production capacity, and compliance with the technical and regulatory demands of an increasingly demanding market.

In 1995, Biodinâmica marked a significant turning point in its journey with the definitive move to its new headquarters in Ibiporã/PR. This milestone represented far more than just a change of address: it was the beginning of a new phase of industrial structuring, where technology, innovation, and production capacity began to move forward together — shaping the Biodinâmica we know today.

As early as 1996, Biodinâmica expanded its operations into the public bidding market, manufacturing toothbrushes and dental floss. The following year, the company began preparing to achieve ISO 9001 certification — a milestone of quality and excellence.

1998

In 1998, it became the first Brazilian company in the dental sector to achieve ISO 9001 certification, granted by the German certifier DQS, standing out both nationally and internationally. The following year, the registration process for Biodinâmica’s products with ANVISA began.

2000

In 2000, the company participated for the first time as an exhibitor at CIOSP, the largest dentistry congress in Latin America, and launched its first higher value-added products, such as Master Fill and Bioplic.

Exports began in 2001, taking the Biodinâmica brand beyond Brazilian borders. In 2002, the manufacturing facility was expanded to keep pace with the company's growth.

2004

Starting in 2004, Biodinâmica began preparing to obtain CE certification, which is essential for exporting to Europe. In 2005, this goal was achieved: the company received both the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification and the CE certification, becoming one of the first Brazilian dental sector companies to earn this credential. That same year, it made its debut at IDS — the world’s largest dentistry congress, held in Germany — and established its Foreign Trade department.

In the following years, Biodinâmica strengthened its presence in the international market and reinforced its brand. In 2006, it launched the product Retraflex, opened new markets abroad, and made significant investments in marketing and promotion.

In 2012, the company began offering in-company training for sales teams of partner dental distributors, strengthening its connection with the market. That same year, it acquired ORALTECH, a national distributor of premium brands — a strategic move that further expanded its presence in the sector.

In 2013, Biodinâmica took another step toward internationalization with the launch of the BDP project — its manufacturing unit in Portugal. This strategic initiative strengthened the brand's presence in the European market, bringing the company even closer to its international partners and expanding its service capacity beyond Brazil. That same year, ORALTECH's commercial team — previously based in São Paulo — was relocated to the headquarters in Ibiporã/PR, a move that enhanced integration between the group’s brands and optimized operational and commercial synergy.

In 2015, the Biodinâmica Group took another major leap in its history by acquiring the companies Injecta and PDX. With this acquisition, it expanded its portfolio, know-how, and innovation capacity, reinforcing its position in the dental market.

In 2016, new products were added to the company's line, such as Steel Strips and Matrix Bands, reaffirming Biodinâmica’s commitment to developing practical and effective solutions for everyday clinical use.

The following year, in 2017, three important products were launched: GAZE, IONOFAST, and ORTHOPROTECT, marking another cycle of innovation and diversification in the brand's portfolio.
