Dentin Desensitizer.
G.H.F. Desensitizer is especially indicated for the treatment of hyperaesthetic dentin as it covers and obliterates the dentinal tubules, forming a barrier that inhibits the passage of painful stimuli to the pulp. This protection is intense in the first 6 months after application, requiring a new application after this period.
It has nanometric mineral fillers that penetrate and reinforce the dentin, protecting against cervical erosion.
The result is immediate after application and the patient does not need to restrict their intake of liquid or solid foods.
It does not need to be light cured, and does not form a film on the tooth surface.
It is compatible with any adhesive or restorative system, and can be used as a “primer” in restorative or cementing systems that require this agent.
The fluoride present in its composition is an additional agent in dentin desensitization.
