Polystyrene trays with polyurethane foam coating, for topical application of Fluoride gel. The material allows certain flexibility of the tray, making it easier to adapt to the dental arch. The foam in the inner layer allows the fluoride gel to remain inside the tray for longer, and increases contact with the teeth. Its double shape allows the application of Fluoride simultaneously in the upper and lower arches, saving time and providing greater comfort for the patient. The topical application of Fluoride with trays is recommended especially because of the longer contact between Fluoride and tooth enamel, intensifying the action of Fluoride.
