Attaque Gel
Description
37% Orthophosphoric acid in blue color. Excellent thixotropy.
Indicated for acid conditioning of dentin and/or enamel, providing better retention of resin-based materials used in restorations, fixation, cementation, and sealing.
ATTAQUE GEL is an acid conditioner for enamel and dentin, used during the bonding procedure of resin-based materials. When applied to enamel, it causes surface demineralization, resulting in microporosity. On dentin, the acid removes the smear layer, widens the dentinal tubules, and exposes the collagen fibers. These changes in dental tissues allow adhesive penetration and the formation of the hybrid layer, responsible for the micromechanical retention of the material to the tooth structure. The blue color and viscosity of ATTAQUE GEL make it easier to apply selectively only to the desired areas.
Vantagens
- Blue color for perfect visualization during application and removal;
- Suitable viscosity, no flow into undesired areas;
- Silica-free: leaves no silica residues that could prevent primer penetration;
- Water-soluble, easy to remove after conditioning.
