Description
Dentin Desensitizer.
G.H.F. desensitizer is specially indicated for the treatment of hypersensitive dentin, as it coats and seals the dentinal tubules, forming a barrier that blocks painful stimuli from reaching the pulp. This protection is intense during the first 6 months after application, requiring reapplication after that period.
It contains nanometric mineral fillers that penetrate and reinforce the dentin, protecting against cervical erosions.
The result is immediate after application, and patients do not need to restrict the intake of liquid or solid foods.
It does not require light-curing and does not form a film on the dental surface.
It is compatible with any adhesive or restorative system, and can be used as a “primer” in restorative or luting systems that require this agent. The fluoride in its composition acts as an additional agent in dentin desensitization.
