As an intracanal curative medication, its use at the concentration presented demonstrated low textural reactions and did not show significant effects on protein synthesis, presenting a short-lasting antibacterial effect.
Minimal amounts of this product are quite effective for medicating the entire root canal.
The presence of the antiseptic properties of the slowly released chlorine ion accentuates the local anti-infectious property.
