ALVEOLEX is mainly indicated as a physical barrier after tooth extractions, acting as a moldable alveolar plug that forms a solid framework for tissue regeneration and prevents contamination of the bone walls.
Its application is very practical, and its paste-like consistency allows ALVEOLEX to remain in close contact with the alveolar walls for an extended period. Once applied, the product requires no special attention from the professional, who can instead focus on monitoring and observing the healing process.

ALVEOLEX is gradually eliminated from the alveolar cavity within up to 30 days, as the socket is filled with granulation tissue and newly formed bone tissue. The propolis in the formulation not only promotes regeneration and stimulates healing but also helps provide analgesia, ensuring a more comfortable postoperative experience for the patient.

Iodoform has been incorporated into the product to assist and complement the filling action by stimulating cell proliferation, in addition to offering a mild antiseptic effect. Its eugenol-free formula does not cause irritation upon contact with alveolar tissue.
