Description
Light-Cured Calcium Hydroxide.
BIOCAL is a radiopaque, light-cured Calcium Hydroxide composition.
It does not inhibit the polymerization of self-curing or light-cured restorative resins.
Its dentin-like shade prevents any influence on the final color of composite resin restorations.
The product was formulated to present high resistance to dissolution by phosphoric acid used in acid etching of dental structures.
Its formulation also offers potential adhesion to metallic surfaces, acting as an opacifier in prosthetic repairs.
