Orthoprotect

Orthoprotect is used for partial coating of components of fixed orthodontic appliances (brackets and wires), used in orthodontic treatments, which have sharp corners or sharp edges that could injure the oral soft tissues.

When applied to the surfaces of the brackets, Orthoprotect generates a physical barrier preventing direct contact of the brackets with adjacent soft tissues, preventing the initiation and/or progression of damage to these tissues.

As it is a translucent product, it does not interfere with the aesthetics of the orthodontic device. The low viscosity of the product facilitates its application and increases its filling power. Due to its mechanical characteristics, the product can be easily removed from the surface of the brackets when necessary.
