Biodam
Description
Biodam is indicated as a gingival protector in cases of using products that pose a risk of irritation (for example, hydrogen peroxide-based whitening products for in-office use), preventing the contact of the irritating agent with the gingival tissue. Biodam is an insulating and protective material, when light cured it forms a mechanical barrier with a rigid consistency that can replace or complement the rubber sheet to protect the gums, or even improve the sealing of the isolation of a cavity preparation or endodontic treatment.
